AMRC owns and maintains five repeaters across metro Atlanta — three analog FM, one System Fusion, and one Brandmeister-connected DMR machine. All are open to any licensed amateur.
The 76 Repeater
The club's flagship machine and the first 2-meter repeater in the Atlanta area. Wide metro coverage from the top of Stone Mountain.

A few house rules.
AMRC repeaters are open machines. You do not need to be a club member to use them — but the machines cost real money to keep on the air, and club dues are what pay for them.
- We discourage the use of roger tones on our repeaters.
- Identify with your call sign — every ten minutes and at the end of a contact.
- Leave a gap between transmissions so stations can break in with priority traffic.
- Yield immediately to emergency or ARES traffic, especially during activations.
- Don’t monopolise the machine when simplex would do the job.
- Report interference or equipment problems to Repeater Manager Barry Kanne, W4TGA.
