Sender's Callsign in the Subject Line of the E-mail
The main body of your message should be in the Body of the E-mail
The signature of the message sender - normally an EC on the Bottom Line

Below is a sample message sent by KF4VBR for KO4WX.

By using this format, even if the message is garbled you can still normally read the subject line, and at least know who to contact.

First you must have a Website E-mail box that can be turned into a Forwarding E-mail box.   Most can be setup this way.
If you do not have such a box available contact KF4VBR and he will help you get one.

Set this mailbox up with an address like:

arespage@your-domain.com

Then add the addresses of the Cellphones, Two-way pagers etc. one per line to the list.
NOTE !   Most Forwarding E-mail boxes only allow 10 addresses so you might have to setup more than
one box and link them all together in the first forwarding box.

Some EXAMPLES of the Addresses you will want to include in this box are:

county-ec@arrl.net   - So that the EC of the county gets a confirmation e-mail.
joe@mobile.net   - Anyone with a Cellphone who wishes to be on the system.
mark@two-way-paging.net   - Anyone with Two-Way Paging.
your-reflector@egroups.org   - Pages sent to your reflector system.
Second-Forwarding-Box@your-domain.com   - If you need more address space.

Next, You need to contact Doug Barker and have him send his notification e-mail to your:

arespage@your-domain.com E-mail address.

After this is setup, anytime a page is sent out through the Statewide Paging system to Your County Paging System , the following will happen:


Your County Pagers will go off.
The Paging system will send a confirmation E-mail to your Forwarding system and
All members with Cellphones, Two-way paging, and anything else you wish to page with an e-mail address, will recieve an E-mail. There is no delay in the way this system works and in testing this, the pagers go off at the same time as the other devices.
